Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.
Delivery Information
All products are sent within Australia by Australian Air Express couriers.
Our delivery charges include postage and packaging within Australia. We don't insure the goods, but we do replace them if they are lost in transit. Please note this applies to personal shoppers only and not to our wholesale clients, for whom we recommend they confirm their insurer will cover goods lost in transit.
Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you as soon as possible of the estimated delivery timing.
If your order includes an item or items for 'pre-order', your whole consignment will be shipped once the pre-ordered item/s have come into stock.
Please expect a telephone call from us to confirm your order. This is just one of the many steps we have in place to prevent credit card fraud.

Returns & Refunds Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, simply notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt (if your delivery address is a PO Box, 'receipt' is taken to mean the time & date delivered to the PO Box) and return it to us unused in its original packaging within seven (7) days of receipt. Provided your purchase is returned to us in accordance with these conditions, we will refund your credit card with the amount paid, less $19.95 to cover our postage and handling costs incurred in sending you your original purchase (for all purchases over $50). Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or on wholesale sales. However, we do, of course, honour all our statutory obligations.
Terms & Conditions of gift voucher use
Vouchers may be used on any purchase at HoneyHoney, but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers are only able to be used on items of the same or greater value than the voucher itself. Vouchers are not able to be exchanged for cash or credit refunds. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
