Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed.

Delivery Information

All products are sent within Australia by Australian Air Express couriers.

Our delivery charges include postage and packaging within Australia. We don't insure the goods, but we do replace them if they are lost in transit. Please note this applies to personal shoppers only and not to our wholesale clients, for whom we recommend they confirm their insurer will cover goods lost in transit.

Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message to notify you as soon as possible of the estimated delivery timing.

Please expect a telephone call from us to confirm your order. This is just one of the many steps we have in place to prevent credit card fraud.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and return it to us unused in its original packaging within seven (7) days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or on wholesale sales. However, we do, of course, honour all our statutory obligations.

Terms & Conditions of gift voucher use

Vouchers may be used on any purchase at HoneyHoney, but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers are only able to be used on items of the same or greater value than the voucher itself. Vouchers are not able to be exchanged for cash or credit refunds. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.

1. The competition is open to anyone who enters in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2. The competition commences on 1st May 2010 and concludes on 30th June 2010 at midnight AEST.

3. To enter the competition, an eligible participant must subscribe to the www.honeyhoney.com.au eNews. The competition has one category:: Subscribe. There are certain criteria to be followed and achieved in order win. The prize is one (1) uslu airlines lipgloss and nail polish pack.

4. The total prize value is AUD64.955 – comprising one (1) uslu airlines nail polish and one (1) uslu airlines lipgloss of the winner's choice, provided the colour is in stock www.honeyhoney.com.au The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

5. The Winner will be decided by chance through a random draw of those who have subscribed during the competition period and in accordance with the competition terms and conditions; the draw will be undertaken not more than twenty-one (21) days after the end of the competition. The winner must be a current subscriber to the www.honeyhoney.com.au eNews. The winner will be notified by email. In the case of there being no winner, no prize will be awarded.
